Actually, they did buy the programmers. That they also acquired the customer base is more of a liability than an asset. This is one thing that people generally don't understand when evaluating software acquisitions. The acquiring company is buying expertise in sales/marketing and development. Kevin touched on some of the issues SEBL will have to face with the existing customer base. Belive me, it would be much simpler if there wasn't one <g>
