For all you "voodoo" (chart) fans out there, the DGIV technical side is following a good pattern. We are making higher HIGHs and higher LOWs. The volume on up days is heavy. The volume on down days is light. Look at 4/1/98. 1.2 mil shares traded. Opened @ 2 1/16. Closed at 3 1/16 Then check 4/2/98 2.97 mil. shares traded. Gap Opened @ 3 1/2. Closed @ 4 5/16 4/3/98 rolls along 805K shares traded. Opened @ 4 1/2. Closed at 3 7/8 This is a "text" book technical pattern for strong upward bias. The 20 day moving average is $5.89 (like we are going to see that again!) I have NEVER seen a price action like today's however. LOTS-o-Buying (as Rico pointed out) and zippo on price movement. The cash has been following into this stock ALL DAY and that's all we get? +3/8 Do the MMs love this being a BB stock or what? All the other voodoo looks good too (Stochastics and MACD) Let's watch the pressure build and scoot this M-F'er over 9 tomorrow. Hope this helps....

Rico, et.al., I am able to sneak on thru another docs office...Well, The MM's were definitely in cover mode. It was obvious that The mm's did not want to pay more than $8.00 to cover up. I am wondering exactly how covert they were with their buying today and I will try and see where the bulk of the trades came thru. .I expect more of the same tomorrow since they feel they have time BUT, I won't know when and they won't know when the next piece of the puzzle blows the wind into the ear of the big boyz and they feel it has become too risky to continue to let the current mm's fool around with this precious jewel.. .I further suspect that they have given them x time to "settle up" and move on.... I will try to provide a bit more "insight" if ya wanna call it that.. later this eve.. Byron
