Yes, you'd think SEEK is in play, but not in the way you want. NSCP chose to take XCIT's money, not SEEK's money, and who knows who's paying whom in the T/LCOS deal.

See, if SEEK is trying to find someone to take its money, rather than the other way around (wondering who's going to give it money), then it runs the risk of making a bad deal under pressure.

I await the articles that will be written about these deals, so we can see who people believe got the better end.
