I was also thinking of shorting but after today's news not to sure. I'am pretty new to shorting and wide open for sugestions pr comments. Regards Mark

Doug, I shorted today at 34 5/8. I'm ready to add if it goes up more. You see, the underwriters divided among themselves the 3.06 million shares on April 30, the same day PTVL announced pricing of the secondary. They are now in the process of selling to the public, at a profit of course. And how can they do that profitably? Easy, just issue a buy recommendation. PTVL will trade in the 30s for a few more days, after that it's on its own.
