I just finished talking to Carl @ Greenland. He did confirm my suspicion that 4 million shares were issued last week or so as part of the $600,000 Reg S. I believe these Reg S shares have been coming in over the past few sessions to the market, and it is very possible that LCAP is the MM that the foreign owner is using to sell the shares through. He also confirmed that to his knowledge, none of the insiders have sold any stock recently. I asked if any new Reg S has been done, and the answer was negative. As I posted before, for glcp to really take off, LCAP has to be taken out, which means all the 4 million Reg S shares has to be placed in strong investor hands. ajs
