It's pretty quiet here. Has anyone heard anything? It sounds like Southernera and de Beers are going to come to a major understanding...it sounds like de Beers was just using this case to show that it can put SUF out of commission unless they market their diamonds through the CSO.

They have probably had these talks in the past and this will just be the culmination of it. But some of you may know a lot more about what is really happening.

If this is the case then these 'heirs' are going to be out of the picture again.

And it might not be so bad for SUF to finally come to an agreement with de Beers, although de Beers proved that it can and will play any kind of hardball it needs to play to keep control of its supply.

Looks like de Beers "won" and "made their point"...in a most ruthless fashion.

But now SUF must deal with the devil and quickly so they can move on as a viable company.

Again I ask, does anyone think this will turn out to be an OK deal for SUF? I suspect it will be...OK. SUF has high grade stones so de Beers will not leave them in the ground, presumably they will be mined and sold unlike some other projects around the world.
