CS, thanks for the good news re BGP, Borders.com launch this week. Gotta like that it coincides with the junk debt sale. BTW, did you notice that BGP's revenue increase, $81.8mm, was nearly as much as AMZN's total revenue for the Q? Life sure is tough for the land based retailers, eh?

CS,

Way to go with that BGP release! Two points:

1. Borders.com starts this week.

2. Notice that Borders had sales in excess of expectations for the first several months, with a slow down in April due to warm weather. I would bet AMZN experienced a weather-related slow-down as well in April.

This release just goes to show again how out of balance Amazon's stock price is when compared to Barnes and Noble and Borders. The way Amazon is trading I wouldn't be surprised to see it jump tomorrow and Borders sell off. They might reason Amazon is catching up or the like!

A new 144 was file on 5/1 but it was for only 843 shares! What are they doing just enough stock to make one house payment?
