Hmm, they didn't worry about that with KTEL or MARG.

The way I read my account agreement Datek will close all my positions automatically once they reach 5% of equity. Admittedly, that won't apply to overnight changes, but the change in the middle of the day was wierd. Also, just because a stock goes NM doesn't mean that you have to close an open, margined position.
