ACRT, a chart with an explanation or two......................

This stock broke a nasty down draft in early March. (red line)
geocities.com

It has started to trend up....fairly steeply as a matter of fact. (light green line).
An ability to hold this line will be difficult but would of course be extremely
profitable.....

It is testing the bottom parameters of that up trendline.

If it holds, it marks the 3rd successive higher trough.

Right now the support offered by the light green trendline pretty much
coincides with straight line support (darker green line) at a shade over 14.

Failure to hold these lines at close and ACRT could very well test 13.
End of the world? Nope...just a test.

Keep in mind the light green support is not static...it moves up daily.

Momentum indicators are obviously pretty weak. An MACD sell was generated
Friday or today.

Will it hold? This downturn hasn't been convincing in terms of volume......ACRT has also held support lines very nicely since early March.

On the other hand, reaction to earnings has been rather tepid.

Some indicators have now drifted into oversold.....so when this downturn does end,
I would expect at least a decent trading pop...then it may languish.

For now, this stock appears stuck in the 13-18 trading range....and might need some
help to move.

No caveats offered here....since this time anyway...I've said very little.

Good luck to all...but better luck to longs...

Stan
