Bo, I was just making a point that the relationship is FAR more important in the other direction. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting an investment banker. They are prostitutes to the nth degree. And, I've seen more deals than I care to recall that have gotten no support from the underwriters. Hell, look at MRVC for a great example. The underwriters made their money and knew MRVC wouldn't be doing any more secondaries in the near future... look where they went! greg
