All: I just finished talking with Jack Lovelock, chairman of the board. The company has not completed their financing arrangements yet. If it was a done deal, I'm sure that he would know. My trip to see the plant will have to be postponed as they are not processing gypsum this week. (They are doing a special run on some beans that will be used to extract a special enzyme used in kidney dialysis.) So, the interest in the stock is apparently premature, but not unwarranted. Lee
