Not too bad. I was a little miffed that someone sold at .20. Still good to be at .19x.25, before the real movement has even started. I think the last time we were at .15x.20, before things started hoppin. Hopefully, I'll have an e-mail from Tom at home waiting for me. Maybe, I can find something out on the news front after I visit there. I don't think we would have this increase price, without anything coming down the pike, but, you never know I guess. Rob.
