Tulvio... Well, I hope you do get some rebuttals -- just for what it might add to the knowledge base. But until those rebuttals show up, I will take your assessment as the best possibility. My memory is jogged just a bit in that regard -- seems to me that it was more difficult to get the necessary light through the photoresists and onto the wafer using the 193 nm lasers.... do you suppose the power has to be jacked up (sufficiently to subtract from photomask life?)... We could use a bit of additional expertise on the whole subject, it seems. What we do know is that there are some pretty smart folks projecting more than 30% annual revenue growth for the photomask companies...with earning at least commensurate. Could the story be even better than we had been believing?...eg, if projected photomask use is even higher than we thought?... TSO
