Jane....great minds must run together...because I ALMOST mentioned Lake Meade....I love that area.....but then I almost mentioned Bonnie Springs Ranch too...except I don't know if it's still there. There was a time when the best burgers in the West were served at Bonnie Springs....and if you or Brooke are into horseback-riding...it used to be that you could ride out over the desert from Bonnie Springs...but I don't know if it's still that way or not.
