I like to buy stocks with insider buying not selling. Why did i buy novl then? I have a feeling that they are very close to turning things around and are a lot closer to the bottome than the top. Since aug of 96 to april of 98 there have been 20 different weeks where insiders at novl have filed concerning their actions in novl stock. Every single one was a sell or a 144 which is pretty much the same as as a sell. The price range of the sells is 7-13 per share over the period. There has not been any insider buying in novl during this time. I doubt anyone sold their stock because of the upcoming quarter, I have noticed some companies especially techs that have done extremely well have quite a bit more selling than they do buying. I hope i am right in not putting too much emphasis on novl selling, I guess we will find out, wont we.
