Primestar will begin to convert medium power and C-band subs to DBS almost immediately. Then they will launch an extremely agressive DBS package with a major media ad push throughout the country. I have seen their plans because they are doing a road show with Merril Lynch to raise 400 million in high yield debt to finance the Primestar roll-up. The plan is impressive and they will underprice on both equipment and program package. It was compelling. If they don't do it, DOJ consent decree would be violated. Consent will deal with just this kind of marketing plan being approved in advance and then executed.
