I ran thru all trades for the day and found only one under .30 since 10:00 this morning. it was at 14:50 hours, I have to regard it as a data entry error. The trades in front and in back of it were in the .30's

The .21 trade was bogus. It was only for a few thousand shares

and the bid and ask were .33 x .337 at the time of the trade and remained at that level afterwards.
