Well, I visited the company this afternoon. For those of you not familiar with San Diego, it is about 5 miles east of La Jolla and 12 miles north of downtown San Diego. Miramar Rd. is a mixture of all types of commercial and service businesses. Adjacent to Miramar Rd. is the Naval Air Station. The company is on the top floor of a four story building. The furnishings are nice but not extravagant. The phone was ringing like crazy and I was very happy that Carl the IR Director took a few minutes to speak with me after he answered a few phone calls, probably from some of you.

First, let me say that he did not disclose anything to me that he should not have and everything that I can recall him telling me is included on this thread. What can't be measured is his enthusiasm. I know, he's in IR and is supposed to be, but it was beyond that level. He is also aware of all the rumors circulating on the net. And, no La Jolla Capital is not in the same building.

The # of shares and float, as posted earlier, were confirmed. I guess it's no secret that they think they'll get FCC approval and they think their technology is superior to their competitors. No specific dates were discussed nor would it have been appropriate.

Sometimes you get a better feeling when you meet the people and actually see the surroundings. I'll be buying more tomorrow. But, that's just my opinion folks. Do your own research, it's all out there.

I've got to run to the gym, but I'll post more later. If anyone from the company is reading this thread, thanks for your professionalism and courtesy.
