David, check out the websites. NETZ has expanded and continues to do so. There's even a sales office three blocks from my old house in Cambridge, Massachusetts. They just relocated headquarters to California (where advertising trends are catchy), plus they're in New York (where advertising dollars are). In effect, offices and corporate components exist all throughout America. Sure enough, let Doubleclick spend its time, money and effort in foreign markets. Zulu, by concentrating in America, will get the money where its at! Slashing overpaid executive budgets and hiring anew in a fit with the new corporate structure was a good move too. This saved money! The acquisition activity is probably still in the works as well. In short, this company has virtually pursued growth right into Nasdaqland from OTCdom. What's wrong with this? I'll bet ya that when Zulu moves into Europe, it will be there from a position of strength, not weakness.
