PARTY! Wake up! Hayton's a crook! Everybody with a clue knows that! Now if he sells his intrest to another party you got a play here.
But to come on here with this "Poor misunderstood Hayton stuff", truly amazes me!

Party, as you correctly stated, I have never owned NETZ, so I couldn't be "welcomed back".

In fact, I have no means to buy NETZ in my primary trading account, since I trade with Datek, and they do not permit the purchase of BB stocks. I closed my main Jack White account, which would have permitted that, though I still could buy it in an IRA that I have there (but intend to close and transfer to Datek) if I so chose.

However, I don't see anything that would prompt me to do that in the near future. With NETZ, you are buying a pig in a poke, because there are no financials, audited or not. Why would anybody buy stock in a company that doesn't even bother to share their financial condition with the shareholders?

Hey, wanna buy some gold? I've got some I'll sell you for $1000. You'll have to guess at how much you'll get, though, and, oh, I'll hold it for you so you won't need to worry about where to store it.

I await your check. :)
