Because this is the OTC BB market and MM's have control do what they want. Also in this stock I think there is only 1 MM, so he can do whatever the hell he wants with the stock... until an OVERWHELMING surge of buying causes him to run out of inventory.... This is not a true "exchange".. MM's dont match buyers with sellers...thats why every good stock wants to get off this exchange ASAP. Also, lots of additional problems with a stock with only 1 MM. The spread has tightened today so I was hoping a 2nd MM was introduced to the stock. But I dont have level 2 so I have no idea.

MMs are not ignorant ... they KNOW they momentum has lots of day traders caught. SO they hold it down and let time cause people to get emotional and sell. This is SOP in this arena. That is why so dang many people loose money. If you are going to momentum or day trade be the first in and the first out. See MMs can see all the limit orders placed on good for the day and good till cancelled. Mere matter of doing the math. If you have a lot of sells just stall and they can see orders disappear and then show up again in a few minutes at a lower price ... also some do a change on the price. You cannot out smart and MM this is why I tell people DO NOT buy a stock unless you know why you are buying it. You can see that tiny volume ticks it down. LOL you got to love the momentum players ... BTS then wait for the floor and accumulate. Reverse logic ... Sell when momentum players are coming in and buy as they are getting out. I know they hate my logic. (Bardology) GB
