They'll be on EDGAR May 1. Not "delivered to EDGAR" then, not "delivered to the SEC" then... Lucky they didn't say "they'll be on Edgar in a few days" Now that would cause some real panic. The idea that options are being exercised is interesting. But don't worry, the most shares they can issue is 100 million. Another 30 million and they pass up Manpower...
