David, you have failed to convince me. You have to be able to have an account for both sides of the story. You have none regarding what Hayton's position is. Take your friends advice then, if it makes you feel more comfortable. I took my friends advise, and I have invested into NETZ and will continue to do so as long as I determine it a viable, functioning and productive entity. Good luck in your decision.
