Here's a list of the stocks I've either been studying or own. I need to do this thing once and awhile to keep in touch with valuation.

Name/ 12-98 EPS est. / forward PE / 1998 est.% growth / total debt:eq.

NE 1.90/16/83%/.12

CDG 4.37/12/50%/.94

ESV 2.46/11/50%/.37

DO 2.96/18/53%/.25

MDCO 1.62/14/45%/0

FGII 1.46/27/35%/.40

PDE 1.97/13/39%/.77

VRC 1.18/26/54%/.04

EVI 3.06/18/72%/.84

MIND .94/13/56%/0

UTI 1.28/14/53%/.17

TMAR 2.64/9/25%/1.37

Of these, only FGII and VRC have had earnings estimates raised. EVI vs. VRC seems interesting in that EVI has a higher estimated growth rate, but VRC is being rewarded for earnings optimism.

The GOM drillers, ESV sure seems cheap as does CDG...NE seems right in there.

FGII seems to be the only stock here that the market appears to be respecting.
