All I can say is that you've got an incredible amount of nerve showing up for info when *you* need it, and patently ignoring the ten jillion questions we've had. Not a word about the new shakeup, the outrageous salaries you're paying yourselves given your less-than-dismal performance, the utter loss in shareholder confidence, the guiness-book record flipping of accounting firms, non-use of the warrant money, Q1's performance, or any of the other hundred things we want to and are entitled to know, and that you yourself used to provide as recent as six months ago.

But you would like some data.

That just sealed my decision to sell the small remainder of my shares. I wish all the patient and kind people on this thread good luck, but Mr. Orton et al deserve all the red ink (and, with any justice, criminal proceedings -- it should be a crime to be that low in candlepower) in Austin.

John, I know you're in a hurry too calculate your option basis, but I think it would be in the companies best interest for you too address some of the questions regarding the ridiculous compensation packages that management has rewarded itself with.

We as shareholders feel that we have been conned, and without people willing to purchase those shares at higher prices than they are available to you at, you are pissing into the wind, dreaming of a killing that can't take place without the support of the shareholders; thus far management has done everything (whether by stupidity, or on purpose) to drive the share price into the ground (perhaps to make those option prices a bit lower), and deserves no reward for doing so.

i bot in before they announced earnings and a warrent call which caused the price to tumble. i still own this dog, imo, i think it is poorly run and doesn't have a plan. imo, keep your cash or invest elsewhere.
just my 2 cents.

Dear John,

I can not believe the unmitigated gall of asking anyone on this thread for much of anything other than forgiveness for wasting shareholder value. If you understand the expression "chutzpah" you sure have that.

This company never ceases to amaze me. Where's the shareholder value John? In Wilson's golden parachute employment contract? Or was it in the warrant call John? Unbelieveable!!!
