The initial impression here and on the Yahoo thread seems to be that the Shareholders Rights plan is not in the best interest of the small investor. Maybe I'm overlooking something, but what is wrong in making a takeover a little bit more expensive for Teo or Intel or anyone else who may want CRUS?

I have spent the last hour searching the web for information concerning the impact of shareholder rights/poison pill plans and came across the following study. The way I see this, we are playing blackjack and our hand totals 15. Do you hold or have the dealer hit you. In this case CRUS management has made that decision for us but this time I'm in agreement with them.
