The letter concludes by suggesting a block of Win 98 could impact
the U.S. economy.

"During the past five years," the letter says, "the IT industry has
generated a quarter of the United States' real economic growth
and now accounts for more than 8 percent of our national output,
much of it for export."

While pledging to "comply with the laws of this land," the letter
ends with the following declaration: Regulatory authorities should
not ignore the broad, two-way nature of the benefits that flow
from our business relationships and the IT industry's positive
role in the nation's economy."

Low volume doesn't necessarily mean a bottom is forming.
I shorted at 89 1/8....short term. Have always appreciated your thoughtful comments.

You are right this isn't the bottom. I shorted at 90 1/4 and 91 1/4. I'm now sorry I was a wimp and covered my 97 5/8 short at 93 11/16.
