ITPC update itenterprises.com Appreciate your comments and opinion...a reverse split in this case merely confirms management must resort to mathematics with what they should have accomplished simply through superior management. Furthermore, SWEBF has conspicuously not announced any alliances ref/HMAPPS, HotMetal Pro/Power Pack...the lifeblood of all tech companies and esp. internet-centric ones...so, after SWEBF plays magician with the numbers and accordingly maintains their NASDAQ listing they will still have no alliances and 1/2?, 1/3?, 1/4?, 1/n? the amount of shares before the reverse-split...and when the [day] traders/sophisticated investors get through with SWEBF they will [guarantee] SWEBFs trading at pre-reverse split levels...<$1.00/share....and if the story is superior WHY would they worry about being, and again, temporarily delisted....management is already on record re: Q4 profitability, worst case?...Is SWEBF saying that they simply have nothing compelling to maximize shareholder value re: investment in/alliance with as an internet content pure play in re: WebFiler (a NASDAQ:CMGI, InstallShield alliance partner), HoTMetal, HMAPPS,...to simply get past a ludicrous $1/share?! having started at $10/share with nothing near the infrastructure/story they have in place 26 months after its IPO?!...SoftQuad seems to have a history of starting out strong out of the gate viz a viz HoTMetaL 2.0, WebFiler at DEMO '96, their IPO, Kurzweil Voice alliance,...all squandered? and now trading at < $1/share and are now confronting their shareholders with a reverse-split...we appear to have been blind-sided ourselves...No....we are through talking and giving this management team the benefit of the doubt if this is the case...If this is the case the shareholders are simply victims of [gross] malfeasance and negligence, in our opinion.
