>>>If LaJolla is selling Reg. S shares, then the 4 million (the quantity that was mentioned in a prior post) they had for sale should be exhausted by now. But, they are still selling with no buying. I now wonder if this is an illegal naked short situation. If that is the case, then they probably don't intend to cover until the stock corrects. Regardless, according to the restrictions placed on them by NASDAQ, they are already illegally trading in this stock.<<<<

Aren't you just assuming that La Jolla has exhausted the shares that they were selling and now is illegally shorting the stock. How do you know that they finished selling the shares they had to sell?

My take on the situation is LaJolla has been selling the shares in a reg S. Nothing illegal. The company wants cash to ramp up their production of the metering devices. They know they will have big orders coming in and need to be ready to meet the demand.
This is no scam of some unrealized product. They have been developing it for some time and it is now ready ( a bit late but better this way and ready to go than trying to release it too soon with bugs in it) to be sold.
The trading seems to be stabilizing with less spikes and just solid gains. I think the real investors are realizing the potential of this company and are staying in it for the long haul.
Once La Jolla is finished selling the reg-S the price will ramp up as there will be little sellers and lots of people who want to get in for the ride.
I still think we'll hit 1 this week and 2 within a few weeks later.
The prediction of 10 by the pennystock write-up is possible later this year or next. Just relax and enjoy the ride.

Tell Al to stop by again. I think we all owe him an apology, and if he's willing to work with everyone to get this stock moving, his assistance is more than welcom.
