Exactly what is this measure supposed to do for the shareholders anyway? As the result of this the stock could tumble where Hack can order them to buy back as many shares as possible. That should help make up for the lack of performance of the stock next quarter. Don't you think that Hackman has become rich enough off of this company and could step down and find a successor who has more credibility with wall street? Something like this would really benefit the stockholders. If there was a board of directors working for the stockholders they would change out this management. The only hope for this stock in the next two years is probably to be acquired by someone. Poison pills simply are an attempt to make that more difficult. They are obviously somewhat intimidated by Teo as they should be. Its too bad Teo doesn't have an E-mail address so that I could give him my proxy rights to vote my shares now.
