Dave,

I guess your saying IRA is not obsessed with gaining a NASDAQ listing
but is still considering another shell merger. That seems a bit odd
to me but then again, I'm not sitting in his drivers seat. I do think
I am onto his strategy. Offer up as many shares as possible then
down the line do a reverse. Same dollar amount with less float.
I'm being a bit cynical here but this theory does seem to have some validity. 53Mil shares outstanding today, tomorrow do I hear 60, 65
going going sold for 70 Mil and so goes the Firamada story. At this rate we will need 130 Mil in revenues just to break even.
