NEWS RELEASE!! GREAT EARNINGS THIS QUARTER:

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Cryptologic announced today that its financial
statements for the 10 months ended December 31st 1996 disclose an operating loss of
$602,000 or $0.12 per share. The Company also
announced that the first quarter results of operations ended March
31st 1997 resulted in net earnings of $1,156,215 or $0.20 per
share. CryptoLogic Inc. is a computer software company that
specializes in Internet transaction processing and has licensed
electronic cash and gaming software products to third parties.

The company posted a loss for '96 but revenues only began in December. Net earnings
have taken off this past quarter and the company is earning money**the earnings per
share was darn close to my prediction in an earlier post.*

**There's one element of doubt which I think is what is pressuring the stock. The
company's largest shareholder, and a director is trying to oust the chairman. See my
next post for details.
