PTVL: I was offered some shares in the secondary by Schwab. I figure (like Groucho) any company that wants to sell me shares, probably isn't any good. If they needed me to buy shares, they really must be desperate! Also, the prospectus for the secondary talked about the lock-up period for the IPO being finished for about 500k shares (I don't have my notes with me, but I think this was right). The shares are "unlocked" on 5/18. Plus, there are a lot more shares that will be unlocked over the next six months. The float is less than 5 million shares (including the secondary), but there are over 11 million outstanding. I am considering shorting. Alan
