all today was is a timeout by the mm's to try and stall to figure out what they are going to do next, they are running out of tricks, they have not messed with a finer group than dgiv's its looking like.

what would be nice to see is the stock stop trading for a couple hours for what they will announce as book imbalances, the mm's will close their books then re-open the stock 2-3 bucks higher, ive seen it many a time before.

After much thought, I can only conclude that the mms are covering. They want to buyback as much as possible WITHOUT the price rising and WITHOUT competing for shares with us. If they tank the stock, they know we are waiting to buy on any dip based on pending news. With shares scarce, they want to be on the receiving end on every share possible. They have even gone so far as to call investors (ie, RICO). They also don't want the daytraders buying shares either so they gap instead.

The best of a bad situation for them.

Too Bad.

They tanked DGIV to below .20, now it's their turn.

MMs playing games today:

Rico, you are absolutely correct! I placed an small order to buy at 8 1/16 (WHILE THE ASK WAS AT 8) this AM as a test and guess what, my order was filled 30 minutes later at 8!!!! Can you imagine that?? A MM not wanting to make more money! More sign to me that today's action was "preordained"as MMs were trying to cover!

Several people have mentioned the fact that MMs were unable to drop the ask price this AM due to the buying pressure all day. While awaiting the release of imminent news, we may have to deal with more MM maneuvering until news announcement. They may once again try to drop the ask price tomorrow if there is any sign/suggestion of weakness in buying!!! Be AWARE OF MORE GAMES BY MMs/ As we have suggested, DESPERATE PEOPLE (MMs) WILL RESORT TO DESPERATE ACTIONS!!!

IMO, it is NO coincidence that we see a concerted effort by MMs to "play "with the bid/ask and cover their shorts today, after seeing how determined the thread was in trying to squeeze them by asking for our certs. Perhaps they realize they are fighting a two-front battle: One one hand, investors are slowly taking away any available shares to short; on the other hand, DGIV and Mr.Chin are ready to apply the HAMMER with PENDING NEWS. Imagine what would happen if, as they are trying to attempt an "organized retreat" from their short positions, they get hit with MONSTROUS NEWS! Talk about a ROUT as shorts run for cover. Now we are talking about a real SHORTA SQUEEZE. Yep, the old ONE-TWO punch, which promises a KO every time!
