Alan,

<< I am not a preacher or teacher and will never never profess to be either.>>

Want to tell me why you started your own religious thread to discuss religious matters then?

Care to discuss why you disagree with many things if you confess you don't know what your talking about?

-Chris

Alan;

I must agree with you. Chris refuses to answer questions put directly to him. I do not care how angry or old it gets.

<<Were you able to repent right away? Haven't you ever felt that way? Have you never resorted to calling a name? How about you?>>

These are reasonable questions that are asked of a witness. If the questions are refused an answer, I must doubt the witness. This is the main task the Lord has given us; "You are my witnesses..." says the Lord.
1Pe 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and [be] ready always to [give] an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

I will not judge, but I do doubt. If these questions are not answered personally, they are no witness of the Lord.

I believe this is a command of G-d which is important for all believers. Whenever a person refuses to answer simple questions, I suspect that they are hiding and lying. All who read this thread know this and can see through to the hatred and lies. I suggest we simply stop giving them a forum, and speak directly to those they try to deceive.

Shalom Chaverim - DLL
Peace my friend

Dear Alan, would you explain to me the relationship between yourself and Nancy(who signed that name in reply to one of my posts).

Thanks,

David

Alan,
Regardless of who is right or wrong about doctrine when you post things like this you show you are not a christian living as you should and nobody should waste their time listening to you.

<<The problem with this world is it is full of self proclaimed teachers that are nothing more
than slime.>>

The hatred you direct at others here you don't agree with is a testimony of the fruits of the spirit you are exhibiting. You make the devil happy, not the Lord.

Romans 16:17

"Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eyes on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them."

I Timothy 1:3-10

3 "As I urged you upon my departure for Macedonia, remain on at Ephesus, in order that you may instruct certain men not to teach strange doctrines,
4 nor to pay attention to myths and endless genealogies, which give rise to mere speculation rather than furthering the administration which is by faith.
5 But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
6 For some men, straying from these things, have turned aside to fruitless discussion,
7 wanting to be teachers of the Law, even though they do not understand either what they are saying or the matters about which they make confident assertions.
8 But we know that the Law is good, if one uses it lawfully,
9 realizing the fact that the Law is not made for a righteous man, but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers
10 and immoral men and homosexuals and kidnappers and liars and perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching,
11 according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I have been entrusted."

So the Law will judge the ungodly but the righteous man is not touched by it. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, freed from the judgement of the law that the unsaved will face. We have nothing to do with the Law. There is no benefit from the Law and it's precepts for us, the saved believers in Jesus.
