Here you loud and clear Rover 1 Worried? Who's worried? Really miss SLUP's daily action though. Constantly searching for some news on SLUP. Certain to be totally nuts by the 14th! Spoke with an attorney in the office of enforcement at the SEC today who is familiar with the SLUP matter. He said that the SEC will not disclose any info other than that contained in its press release. Basically, this attorney confirmed Arcane Lore's scenario that SLUP would have to satisfy the market makers before trading could resume. The GOOD NEWS is that once the market makers are satisfied, the SEC's action, by itself, would not prevent SLUP from trading on the NASDQ Bulletin Board or from obtaining small cap status!
