The promise of a takeover at $35-40 is a slap in the face in my opinion. With dayrates increasing at a geometric rate, oil prices poised for a rebound over time, and GLM's savvy management, NO WAY do i want it taken over for that price. When the market bids them up to that price on their own merits, maybe THEN we can talk about takeover at $60-70, but until then, I'd be in favor of a poison pill.
