Well things are hopping on the SLUP thread. I haven't talked to anyone at SLUP but my broker has told me that they have their legal ducks all in a row, everything cross referenced back to 1995 and that they are ready to talk with the SEC people ASAP. He is well connected with the SLUP people. He suggests that this could be a bit of fall-out from similar problems that SLUP faced on the VSE, where the short artists drove it crazy, and eventually made SLUP decide to go for a more stable market. The SEC is likely looking to see what the problem was in Vancouver and if it has any carry over into the present. Another company I was looking at investing in The Roach Organization, seems to be having a similar problem, with shareholders complaining about inaccurate figures...boy can I pick 'em. On the bright side ...just think how this is going to fly when all the paper work gets a passing grade. ( The alternative... Hi Honey I shrunk the bank account, would not make a good movie.) Role on May 14th.....I will be hovering over the news button. Good luck to all.
