Two things, TD.

One- The reason why men are experiencing vision problems is because all of the blood flow that would normally go to the eye(specifically the retina) is being channeled to a specific lower extremity.

2nd. One problem that we might see later on is that men will take too much of the pill at one time and will end up with a prolonged erection that will cause gang green. Seriously, men were not suppose to have a hard on for a long amount of time cuz the blood that pools in the penis is stagnant. No oxygenated blood circulates in an erect penis.
The kicker is that certain patients-usually drug users who experience prolonged and uncontrolled erections--who have this problem will be given either drugs to "bring down" the erection, or they have to "cut" the "salami" if you will to let the blood out. Cutting is done as a last resort but can you imagine if that was you and the doc said, "Okay, TD, hold still"?
