OK, I think the past has everything to with how this company is going to perform in the future. Unless you're buying PICK on pure potential. I hope the IP addresses some of these questions and concerns, especially the "best effort private placement" mentioned in the SEC filings. Still not sure what that means. Please don't spam me. You asked me to report back with my opinions on PICK. Maybe I'm missing the boat here, but before I spend any of my money on an investment, I want to know that this company is financially sound. I want to know the past, present, and then speculate on its future potential.
