NSCP is nowhere close to overvalued.

With only 97.984 MM shares outstanding, NSCP could goto $60/share and be valued at under $6 Billion. YHOO right now is worth $6.4 Billion. Something has got to give. XCIT is going to pay NSCP $70 MM upfront--which is more money than YHOO has generated in the last 3 quarters combined. Not to mention the browser/software side of NSCPs business either. NSCPs marketcap is less than half of YHOO's and some would contend that with the move NSCP made today with XCIT and its drive to make Netcenter the hub of the 'net--$40 is reasonable before any consolidation is to be done. I expect $35 tomorrow, high $30s this week. Anywhere under $30 was a steal. At $17 (some get lucky) about 14 days ago was robbery. The lines have been drawn and NSCP and XCIT are teammates (for 2 years at least). It will be interesting to see who/if YHOO chooses a partner and if we see consolidation. NSCP just jolted the web. XCIT is going to build NSCP into a media business. In 2 years, NSCP can walk away with a great site XCIT made.

Staying long until at least $40--
JM
