I wouldn't leave AMAT out of your list. ASYT, I like whether the equipment is 300mm or not; lithography will do well(ASMLF, perhaps SVGI); CMP is essential (AMAT, LRCX, SFAM, IPEC); and as a long shot, I still have my favourite, MTSN. Sooner or later, Brad's going to turn this into a winner. (But I've been saying that for at least 2 years. :-(( ) Ian.
