Lee, I do think that a transition plan will need to be put into place. Many of SCOP earlier customers are probably close to the end of their implementation's "shelf life". If they were successful their organizations have probably grown in size, and they may now need additional functionality in CSS alone, or in SFA as well. Even if they don't NEED additional functionality human nature dictates they'll want new toys to play with after a couple of years--rare is the organization today that is satisfied with "old" technology.

While it is desirable to go out and get new customers for growth, bigger margins come from selling into the installed base of customers. Seibel would be crazy to ignore the Scopus customer base.
