CREAF

The upward movement should continue,RSI rising from lows,Fast Stochastic in place rising. It should close above 20 5/8 tomorrow
ofcourse barring any bad news.Good volume would justify the upside.
Creaf is way oversold in all charts.

Just my thoughts.

Steve,
I have been out of Creaf since last post and watched it through earnings and became convinced that Sim has provided good visibility for the year in the CC from Jan. He basically said that the first two quarters he would be happy to meet expectations which he apppears to be on target. If my memory serves me he felt that the second half would build revenue growth and get the stock back on track. The coincident Buy back would be a big boost to this timing.

The key for me is with the PE and the fact that Creaf has not shown itself to be able to ratchet up to the next level to 15-20. Their growth does not seem to be able to carry that valuation so far. I am a longterm Bull on Creaf but have felt that until the revenues or the buyback is in place that the valuation stays low and hence the stock in this 20-25 range. If the street becomes convinced that either event (increased revenues or buyback) is an inevitability then we may start to trade on those expectations which would take us higher for good in the third quarter. If you buy in this range then hold on until the new year. Or day trade which is what I have been doing with everything in this market.

All the above OMO.

Good Luck

I will take a ride once but the second time I do things differently. If this goes into the teens the whole TECH market would have to collapse and that IMHO is not going to happen.

Did I miss a tech sector tank?
