Here's a guess - Thursday up , say 50+ points hmmmmm let me guess, too.... I say up 59 btw, David W if you tell everyone you are a winner and you use your life's savings and go to the headquarters of the contest with an armed escort to pick up your winnings......I bet you can sue them and win ;-)))) (be warned it might be one of those hollow victories)

One caveat re:the DJIA I think indices like the S$P and the OEX have outperformed the DJIA recently and the DJIA has played catch-up. Just a thought on the defensive side, were I short. Another problem, one I noticed in a comment today, is that intra-week traders are reluctant to hop on a breakaway open on Monday morning and prefer to wait for a Tuesday/Wednesday pullback. However, on the plus side (for the short-side) the US8M is off 8 ticks at 120.03; I don't know if it has anything to do with what I understand Clinton said. I don't have a moment to dig up the reason, as I have to start getting kids off to school.
