Has anyone looked closely at the background of the new CEO and the 3 directors?

Mr. Hilliou - slot machines, gaming systems, casinos
Mr. Gilbert - hotel/casino, gaming technologies
Mr. Fein - real estate investment
Mr. Fox - land development, banking/finance, real estate construction
management experience

Latest three bingo halls fall through. Ambler in Texas acquired but was in the making way before these new members. I'm guessing we won't be pursuing bingo halls in the future. Maybe something bigger with their expertise and $11M to play with. Just my two cents.

Sam: I definitely think we need to submit a letter to Mr. Hilliou listing our questions and concerns. Although we are too late to submit a formal proposal for this annual meeting, I think we are also way too early to submit something for the 1999 annual meeting. A lot can change in a few months (BNGO has sure demonstrated THAT!). What are hot issues right now may not be relevant in a few months.
