Anyone holding DGIV in Canada (through ETRADE) and wanting to know about fees for requesting your certs.
Certificate withdrawal:
Regular Delivery - min 5 business days $40.00
Rush delivery $120.00
(overnight mail) +$15.00
It seems that we can get the certs. quicker than the 4-6 weeks, even quicker but at a much larger cost.

The certs. can be transfered to "Safekeeping" for a cost of $50.

Just interested how does this compare to U.S. costs? (ETRADE). I pay 28.88 U.S. per trade (about $41 Can.)
