I have a background in control systems for the food industry. One of TAVA's acquisitions, All-Control Systems (ACS) of Chester, PA, was a major systems integrator with quite a bit of experience in control systems integration. I have worked with these folks, as a process controls engineer with Nabisco. Kevin Fallon, former President of ACS, has apparently stayed on with TAVA. He is a first rate executive.

The same set of skills for resolving Y2K problems in plant floor equipment is very similar to control systems integration.

IMHO, the relationships developed with new clients for Y2K will lead to more non-Y2K business for TAVA. Yes, there is a life after Y2K.
