Dear Donald, I also see Ruth as a foretelling of the Bride of Christ the beautiful Church that will sit at His feet. Naomi to me is a symbol of Israel as she brought Ruth to Boaz (symbol of Messiah). The best part is that it is read at Shavout the celebration of the Harvest. Also, it is the only feast that has leavened bread and there are 2 loaves instead of one, I believe to symbolize the atonement for sin(yeast) and the 2 sheep pins Messiah says He will have. There is so much richness to the entire picture God has given us if we are teachable. \Love in Yeshua, Nancy
