If you are very lucky there may be a new round of buyers to take your place in the morning. These stocks are so very difficult to predict- because GERN fell back almost immediately (I know- I tried to short it, and by the time I could get shares it wasn't worth shorting.) KTEL, on the other hand, is in the grip of a short squeeze and is being pumped up. But ENMD has a much greater float so I don't think you can count on a short squeeze. So, it could open up a bit- if it were me, I would put an order in- and I would NOT be greedy. It could open way down- the company and its partner have backed away from the stock price. That is not good. I hope you get your money back. There maybe some people here more shrewd that I who can give you more help. Best of luck to you. Here, for pure entertainment purposes, are my guesses for opening price but as I said above, it will be impossible to predict.

So if there are new buyers, maybe a gap up to 60.

If no new buyers a gap down to low 40's, and down from there.

(I should mention that I bought 17.5 puts the minute the options opened-well, maybe not the minute, but VERY soon. Made quite a bit on those and then bought the nov 40 puts ASAP. So perhaps my perspective is warped.)

Bad News: This stock shot up too fast.

Good News: ENMD is the real deal. Whether they will ultimately emerge as the winners in this race is not clear but you are betting on top quality science that is being effectively translated to a clinical application. As opposed to for instance, GERN which has only achieved the first part of this equation.
